By using Rocktech Solution’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service (TOS). Please read carefully before using our services.

A. Rocktech Solution Customer Restrictions

These terms apply to all customers of Rocktech Solution. Services include hosting, domains, technical support, and more.

Fake Identity & Multiple Accounts

Creating accounts with fake details or multiple accounts without approval is prohibited. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

Ownership of Virtual Machines

Ownership is tied to the individual or business listed in our database. Services cannot be resold, leased, or shared without permission.

Disclaimer

All services are provided “as-is” with no warranties regarding uptime, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Rocktech Solution’s total liability is capped at the actual amount you paid for services in the last 3 months.

B. Billing Policy

All payments are accepted in USD or EUR via Credit Card, PayPal, or Cryptocurrency.

• Billing Cycles: Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual, Biennial, or Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG).
• Non-Payment: Accounts are suspended after 1 day and permanently deleted after 7 days of non-payment.
• Refunds: Refunds are available within 7 days for monthly plans and 14 days (pro-rata) for PAYG accounts.
• Price Changes: Rates may change and apply to the next billing cycle.

C. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our services, you agree NOT to engage in the following activities:

• Illegal activities (terrorism, fraud, child exploitation, etc.)
• Hacking, phishing, or spamming
• Hosting prohibited content
• Abuse of resources or interference with networks

Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination, or law enforcement reporting.

D. Rocktech Solution Startup Program

If enrolled in our Startup Program, you agree to use credits and resources responsibly. Rocktech Solution may showcase your startup in case studies (with your consent). Abuse may result in termination of benefits.
