Refund & Compensation Policy

At Rocktech Solution, we aim to provide excellent service and a fair refund process. This policy explains how refunds and service downtime compensation are handled for all our hosting, VPS, and related services.

1. Money-Back Guarantee
Rocktech Solution offers a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment:
- Cancellations within the first 7 days: Full refund of your payment.
- Cancellations between day 8 and day 14: Refund based on any unused credit in your account.
- After 14 days: No refunds or credits will be issued.
2. Cryptocurrency Refunds
Cryptocurrency refunds are processed only via USDT (Tether) on the TRC20 network. Any conversion fees or network fees are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Refunds by Billing Cycle
- Hourly (PAYG): Cancel anytime. Full refund within 7 days. Between day 8–14, we deduct used hours and credit the remaining balance.
- Monthly: Full refund within 7 days. Between day 8–14, we deduct used hours and credit the remaining balance.
- Quarterly: Same as monthly. Refunds are prorated after day 7.
- Semi-Annual: Full refund within 7 days. Prorated refund between day 8–14.
- Annual: Full refund within 7 days. Between day 8–14, we deduct used hours and credit the remaining balance.
4. Refund Request Process
- Log in to your client account via the Rocktech Solution panel.
- Go to the Support section and click New Ticket.
- Use "Refund" as the ticket subject.
- Select Support as the department.
- Include all necessary account details and refund request information.
We process refunds within 30 days of approval.
5. Service Cancellation
Once your refund request is approved, you may cancel your service. Refunds for cancellations follow the same 7-day guarantee and prorated terms as above.
6. Service Downtime Compensation
If service downtime occurs due to issues within our control, we will compensate you with 2x the credit deducted during the downtime. Credits will be added to your Rocktech Solution account and can be used for future services.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
